these earbuds looked good on paper, but in reality, they are complete garbage, quality is bad, the matte finish is slowly peeling off. THE RIGHT BUD DOESNT EVEN WORK. customer service is a joke, and the battery life only lasts about 2 hours, and 7-8 more with the charging case.

Got my Hyphen today. Easy pairing right out of the box. Sound quality is pretty good, foam tops fit better than the silicone ones, but that is to be expected. Thanks Rolling Square team for such an awesome product.

I am very happy with this product. For the money we paid, these are bangers. Can’t speak for battery life and long term use just yet, but from what I can see right now, I expect them to last! Great job, Rolling Square – looking forward for HYPHEN 2!

The product seems to be good, but failed in every aspect we expect it to be outstanding: — Synchronising the product is just complicated as hell. And sometimes, left and right do not receive the sound at the same time. So you have an echo ping/pong effect — The quality of sound is just so metallic. Sound really cheap. — The touch interaction with the earbuds are not well calibrated. You might wear something on your head and it just stop the sound just because something touch the earbud. — Finition isn't nice. My expectation in the product were higher.

As a person working in the same field, the support is kinda poor. I had an issue with the Right earbud. I asked the replacement (took 1 and a half months with back and fourth with pictures videos etc ). Then a replacement was sent which also was broken! Really sad for such an evangelist project to be so dissapointing. Not recommended at all.

ONE OF THE WORST PURCHASES I’VE EVER MADE, 88$ for nothing. I’m still waiting their reply to my numerous emails, i said that i have a problem with the HYPHEN microphone, and they asked me a recording by email, I’ve sent the recording but without any reply or answer. They have a really bad connection (they connect even in the case, even if i don’t wanna use them), problem with the microphone (there is an horrible sound for the people who listen to me), and also they removed me from their mailing list to not post any review in Rolling Square, DONT BUY THEM EVEN FOR FREE
