HyperSparks is the first sensory-safe dating and social platform designed entirely for ADHD, autistic, and neurodivergent adults. Built by a parent looking to end the isolation faced by his own neurodivergent son, this app replaces superficial swiping with interest-based matching. Featuring a low-battery sensory mode to prevent overload, profile verification for maximum safety, and prompt-guided messaging, HyperSparks allows you to skip the mask and find authentic connection.

A small idea from someone who knows a few folks with sensory needs: add a customizable "energy level" indicator on profiles that users can update daily, so matches can quickly tell whether today is a good day for a long chat or just a quick check-in. It would take a lot of the guesswork out of planning conversations and reduce unintentional overwhelm.
@kkocatepe59352 there is a setting for this in the chat, however moving it to the home page for easier access is a great idea. Thank you
One thing that would help me is a "pause notifications for X hours" toggle right on the home screen. Sensory overload isn't always instant for me, sometimes I just need a couple hours of quiet mid-day without digging through settings every time.
@esrakalkmazo I really like this idea! Thank you
the low-battery sensory mode is such a thoughtful touch, like genuinely shows the team actually understands what sensory overload feels like instead of just slapping a "neurodivergent-friendly" label on a normal swipe app.
@ogluada85753 Thank you so much, this means the world to hear! 🥹 I built this app from scratch for my autistic son because I watched him face digital burnout on traditional platforms. I lived through his sensory overload with him, so I knew we couldn't just clone Tinder and slap a label on it. The interface is the care. I appreciate you noticing!
Honestly this hits close to home, the low-battery mode alone is a thoughtful touch I have not seen on any dating app before. Excited to see where it goes once more people join.
@gke1026178 Thank you so much! It hits close to home for me too—I built HyperSparks for my own neurodivergent son after watching him face intense social burnout on standard apps. I knew the interface itself had to protect our peace, not drain our energy. We are growing city-by-city right now, so having you on board as an early tester would mean everything
