👋 Hi Product Hunt!
One of the biggest questions after the rise of hybrid work is surprisingly simple:
"How much office space do we actually need?"
Most organizations still rely on rough estimates or historical headcount.
We wanted a better way.
Hybrid Workplace Sizing helps calculate office space requirements based on how people really use the workplace.
You'll receive:
✅ A recommended office size
✅ Desk capacity guidance
✅ Occupancy insights
✅ Practical planning recommendations
I'd love to hear how your organization approaches hybrid workplace planning today.
Report
Curious how you handle teams that share desks across multiple regions with different in-office days, does the tool let you layer local occupancy rules on top of the global ratio?
Report
How does it actually calculate peak coverage, and does it let me layer in things like collaboration days or team-level overrides instead of just a single company-wide hybrid pattern?
Report
Would love to see a visual floorplan heatmap once the ratio is calculated so you can actually see where pockets of over- or under-utilized desks tend to cluster across a typical week.
Report
Would love to see a quick scenario comparison view so I can stack two or three hybrid patterns side by side and see how the desk count and space mix shift before exporting anything.
Report
Ran our 240-FTE office through it and the desk-to-seat number finally lined up with what occupancy data has been telling us for months. Wish the export let me drop the underlying assumptions into a slide, but the calculation itself feels honest.
Report
Love how it surfaces the peak coverage assumption right at the top instead of burying it. That single input is what makes the desk ratio feel defensible instead of arbitrary.
