At Hustle Fund, we believe many of the best career opportunities in the next decade will be in Web3, but currently Web3 isn’t very accessible and has gotten a bad rap lately due to scams, rug pulls, cash grabs, and a**holes. In addition, the user experience of many Web3 tools isn’t very intuitive.

Hi Product Hunters! I'm Hung Pham, Founder of the Hustleverse and Creative Director at Hustle Fund. I’d love to hear your questions and comments. For a technology to take off, it requires builders and operators to invest time and energy, and we don't want people to be scared off by the FUD. There are now so many communities for Web3 investors and Web3 founders. But what about the employees & contributors who will actually work on and scale these projects?? This is what **Hustleverse** is for. We are building an online community to help engineers, designers, marketers, product managers, and community managers in Web2 onboard and transition their careers to Web3. We’ll host events with Web3 founders and builders to teach community members about Web3 tools and career opportunities. We’ll also facilitate high-level peer networking to help members build their network. Some people are just curious to dip their feet in minor roles in projects, while others want to make a full career change into Web3. This community is for good humans worldwide who want to learn about, work in, and shape Web3 in some capacity.

Hustle Fund is such an awesome collection of Good Humans™️ I'm so glad they are brining that strength to Web3. Sadly their strict No Assholes policy will be a real differentiator 🚀

Congrats on the launch, as a software engineer I can relate with the difficulty of transitioning from web2 to web3. And also with the current image web3 has in many circles. It's a new field, full of great people but also snake-oil sellers. Looking forward to see what Hustleverse can provide to the community. I have to say I'm not 100% sold on the name though :D
