As a writer, I regularly transcribe recorded interviews, and Hurd is the best transcription platform I’ve used. It has the lowest error rate, even when transcribing speech in heavily accented English, and eliminates most superfluous verbal tics. The interface is simple and easy to use for reviewing and editing transcriptions. With other platforms, I’ve had to go through the transcription carefully while listening to the audio to fix errors.
