I'd use AI to draft blog posts and marketing copy, and the output always came back the same way: technically fine, and completely flat. Every paragraph carried the same rhythm. The same careful hedging. The kind of writing people skim past without quite knowing why. What I wanted wasn't a trick or a workaround. It was something more basic. Make AI-assisted writing actually sound like a person wrote it. Real sentence variation, a natural voice, the small rough edges that make text feel alive. So that's what HumanWriteup does. Paste in stiff or AI-generated text and it rewrites it to read naturally, or hand it a topic and it'll write from scratch in a human voice. The goal is content that ranks and resonates copy you'd actually be happy to put your name on. The part that surprised me while building it: "sounding human" mostly comes down to a set of measurable patterns. Sentence length, word choice, how one idea flows into the next. Once I started mapping those, the rewrites got noticeably better. I'm building this solo alongside a full-time job, so it's early and rough in places.
