Couple years ago I went through physical therapy after an accident. When I was doing exercises, therapist always corrected me and explained that I'm straining wrong muscles. Then I understood that it is not about repeating the movement, but actually working with correct muscles and understanding where you should feel strain. So it's a great approach for fitness app! It is really nice that you approach it from "why?" side. AI trainer is a nice touch as well!

Really love the attention to detail in every part of this platform - from the way it’s shot to how the whole experience feels. You can tell it was crafted with care and intention.
