Hello all! I'm Jackie, co-founder at HUDDLN. We built HUDDLN as a mobile-first approach to content ownership and monetization using blockchain technology to give creators and their communities power over work. The platform empowers users by making it super easy to mint their content, have an additional avenue of monetization, direct conversations with fans, curated live streams, and many more features to support the relationships between creator and community. As we built out our product, we realized that users want to feel valued when they contribute to a platform's success. Therefore, we added our own custom XP system (and made the XP system open-source as well!) We then used the XP protocol to create a few reputation systems: a social score, creator score and collector score. Actions within the platform are linked to this point system that's fully on-chain that can later be used to reward supportive and active members of our community. Another exciting feature is the capability to allow live streams for creators to interact with their audience. Events such as live performances, educational courses, or just a fun casual chat are just a few ways creators can build a connection with their super fans. When you join the app, you're assigned your very own non-custodial wallet (don't loose your keys!), no crypto is needed to start minting, import your Instagram and Tiktok content as NFTs, familiar social interactions (likes, comments, and sharing), chat with other users on the app, add links to your profile, display your nfts from other wallets, collecting and selling your content. With many more features continuously being added. Our main goal was to build (and continue building) an application that's easy to use, newbie friendly and empowering because as a platform, we're only successful if our users are successful!
