It's a proprietary framework (built by our in-house org experts) that has key parameters like Manager, work, co-workers, culture & values., organization & career & learning. The impact of these drivers directly reflects in one score which is the engagement score. Yes, the benchmarks are set based on how the promoters, neutrals & detractors are segregated based on the pulse checks.
