About your question, I decided to create just simple projects with core learnings, e.g., implementing a CSS selector, how a browser works, how to change the color of a background. Even though is pretty simple, all small pages have the sample code and the live page to run the code itself.
So, my goal is more about ignite the reader to keep learning about this subject.
