It feels like a huge obstacle has been cleared away—everything is crystal clear now, especially when the stress is presented as concrete numbers. The breathing technique rounds out this process perfectly. What surprised me was that when I used this breathing technique while using the restroom, I immediately felt the blockage clear up!
