HRMV: Trading framework built from real losses, not theory

I blew two accounts in under a year. Not because the setups were wrong. The charts were fine. The problem was everything around the trade - position sizing based on gut feeling, no rule for when to stop after losses, decisions made under pressure that I would never make with a clear head.
