Hi There, I'm David. Hourly Kapital’s academically proven and research based market approach to the allocation of personal potential is a new way to reward employees. My goals in creating Hourly Kapital are to increase productivity, education, income, and wellbeing of others. Employees are able to accomplish more, learn, find their passions, and most importantly for many of us, earn more, while organizations save money. through their adoption of Hourly Kapital. I'm an economist and former Army officer in the US and Afghanistan. My experience in government and as a researcher shed light on how unproductive most of us are (including myself). It was this experience that initially led me to graduate school where I studied applied economics and researched technology adoption in Africa.
