Hi PH 👋🏻 We are building Hound.vc to change the paradigm of fundraising. We experienced ourselves in our ventures: the bar for raising money is getting higher every day. If you don’t have solid numbers (in term of metrics) to back you, it’s quite difficult (especially for first-time founders) to get the attention of institutional investors. And even then, being noticed and secure a meeting it’s not a piece of cake 🍰. You risk to be missed out! On the other hand, many VCs are embracing quantitative methods to source new deals, especially at the early stages. The competition is high on their side too and they are looking for hidden gems. But real-time hard data (like MRR, ARR, etc) are nearly impossible to come by. We aim to connect the 2 pieces together and fill the gap! We believe that founders should focus on what’s most important: growing their companies and stop spending all their time in crafting a perfect pitch deck or searching for “warm” introductions.
