Help independent hotels keep more of what they earn, and earn more on every booking.

I built Hotelia because independent hotel owners deserve to keep more of what they earn, and to earn more on every booking.

When you run an independent business, you are working toward your own success. You should have real control over your bookings, your revenue, and your guest relationships. That belief is the whole reason Hotelia exists.

Hospitality has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I started out managing Marriott hotel brands and worked nearly every role along the way: the front desk, housekeeping, social hour, all the way up to running the whole operation.

Why I stopped complaining about legacy hotel tech and started building a solution.

After a decade in hospitality, from running hotel operations to working at Airbnb and hosting my own guests, I realized something. The tech for independent owners is broken.

We are stuck with fragmented legacy tools while losing 15% to 25% of our revenue to big OTA commissions. I finally decided to stop complaining about it and start building the solution.
