Hi Product Hunt! I built Hotbar to bring the feel of a game's hotbar to everyday Mac work.
Open the switcher, preview your windows, and hold a number key to assign the selected window to a slot. While Hotbar is open, Command+1–9 jumps to a registered window. You can also arrange windows side by side, choose your own switching shortcut, and customize favorites, ordering, and appearance.
Hotbar is a native macOS app with English and Japanese interfaces. It costs US$9.99 once, with a 14-day free trial. Accessibility permission is needed for switching and arranging windows; Screen Recording permission enables previews.
