I’ve created a program that makes it easy to bind keys for various tasks. It also allows you to customize the background—such as setting a cool GIF—save it to a library, and switch between different backgrounds. You can check out the screenshots for more details and download the app from GitHub; feel free to leave a review in the comments and suggest ideas for future development.

Love that you can drop in a GIF as the background instead of just a flat color, makes the whole rebind workflow feel way more personal. Open source on GitHub is a nice touch too, easy to poke around and tweak.
Finally gave this a spin and the GIF background trick is a nice touch, makes the whole remapping setup feel less like dry config and more like something I'd actually want open on my second monitor.
How does this handle conflicts when two different apps try to bind the same global hotkey at the same time?
The customizable backgrounds with GIF support are a really thoughtful touch for what could have been a plain utility tool, it makes hotkey binding feel way more personal.
