Dropped a prototype folder in and had a working URL in like 10 seconds, no config nonsense. Privacy toggles right there next to the file list too, which is exactly what I needed for sharing an internal demo.

How does the invite-only access actually work in practice — do you just add emails manually or can I share a link through Slack and let people request access without friction?
how does the invite-only flow actually work for someone without an account, do they get a magic link or do i need to set them up first?
