Hi Product Hunt! I am the creator of HomeNetworkInventory. Like many tech enthusiasts and HomeLab owners, I hit a wall when my home network started growing. Between smart home hubs, multiple routers, Wi-Fi access points, Raspberry Pis, and isolated subnets, keeping track of everything in standard notes or messy spreadsheets became a nightmare. I wanted a dedicated tool to organize this chaos, so I built HomeNetworkInventory. What makes it different is the multi-home support, allowing you to manage your apartment, parents house, or office in completely isolated spaces. It also supports physical and logical links, so you can map ports and visually see how your cables connect devices. The application has no bloatware, as it is built using Python FastAPI and SQLite with a clean Bootstrap 5 UI. There are no heavy JavaScript frameworks and no external cloud dependencies, making it 100 percent self-hosted. You can try it out right now.
