I walked away with two certainties: comparing is way harder than it should be, and most people give up before they even start. So I built Hola CasaClara: a free, independent mortgage comparator for Argentina. No signup, we don't sell loans, we don't work for any bank. Argentine mortgages are indexed to inflation (UVA), and nobody tells you clearly what you'll actually end up paying — the bank's advertised rate isn't the real cost once insurance, fees, and indexation are in. So the whole product ranks by real cost (CFT), not the ad rate.
