Hi Product Hunt 👋 I’m Paul, founder of HOFWAMS. I built HOFWAMS after seeing how fragmented event management can be. Organisers often use separate tools for ticketing, guest management, promotion, attendance planning and catering, while food planning is still largely based on estimates. HOFWAMS brings these areas together in one platform. Organisers can manage ticketing, QR guest verification, event promotion and analytics, while using attendance forecasting and our AI-powered Menu IQ to plan food quantities more intelligently. One of the problems we especially want to address is unnecessary food waste at events. If organisers can better understand expected attendance, portions and menu requirements before an event, they can make better purchasing and preparation decisions.
