Hi everyone, We're Egor and Slava, co-founders of Hirezen, and we're excited to announce what we’ve been working on over the past few months—a tool to make interviewing easier, less stressful, and more effective. We've spent quite some time interviewing candidates at various companies and often found the process messy and unfair. Candidates applying for the same role might get entirely different questions from different interviewers, leading to subjective evaluations. @olgaal Yes, it works for both types of interviews. During in-person interviews, you can use pre-planned questions and track signals on either a mobile phone or a laptop. We are also working on an AI note-taker feature that will assist with in-person interviews as well.
