I was over it. Tired of the piles of application. Sickened by the "tailored" cover letters. Fed up with sneaking around to make it to interviews. Irritated by the lack of transparency. Burnt out from the entire process. I started working on this in my spare time because I felt like people deserved better. I believe in people. I believe in human potential. I believe that you are so much more than what can be contained in a two-page resume. Hoping to make this the new norm. Make a profile, and let it interview on your behalf all day long. Receive questions from employers and answer at your convenience. See where you stand in the hiring process. Oh... and list your current employers and we'll block them for you so you don't show up in their search results (because that would just be awkward for everyone...)
