Why this exists In my “real” company, I connect students with private tutors. Skill is not the problem. There’s always another competent tutor. The pain is: Great on paper, bad with people Smart, but careless with students Good technically, toxic culturally In practice, hiring always comes down to two questions: Can this person do the job? Should this person be on our team? Everyone has tools for #1. I wanted a systematic, non-fluffy way to handle #2.

Core idea Self-descriptions are cheap. If you ask: “Are you honest?” “Do you work well in a team?” People know the “correct” answers. So instead of asking people to describe themselves, the product throws them into moral dilemmas, where: There is no obvious “right” answer Different values collide (loyalty vs truth, empathy vs rules, speed vs quality, etc.) The candidate has no clear idea what the company prioritizes in that trade-off In that space, it’s much harder to fake. Their choices start reflecting what they actually value. The goal: Predict how they will behave in your environment, especially when things get uncomfortable. What it does This AI tool: Builds custom moral-dilemma tests for each candidate Tailors them to: The founder/CEO The company The role The candidate’s own profile Analyzes the answers and generates: A detailed, human-readable report Visual summaries of cultural fit and risk areas So each test session is not a generic personality quiz. It’s “this specific person, in this specific company, in this specific role.”
