I was building custom AI screening automations for clients, hosted on their own servers. Working closely with hiring managers and solo founders, I kept seeing the same pain points: [name 2-3 specific ones — e.g., hours lost manually screening resumes, no consistent way to pre-screen candidates before a call, scheduling interviews turning into an email back-and-forth].
