HireAble: Where AI meets opportunity

I built this because interviews reward a skill almost nobody trains deliberately: thinking clearly while someone is listening. Most people “know” the answers, but they still stumble rambling, freezing, or underselling themselves so opportunities slip away for the wrong reasons. I wanted a place where you can practice out loud, get honest structured feedback, and walk into real interviews already used to the pressure. On the company side, hiring breaks down the same way: too much noise early on, inconsistent first screens, and teams stuck coordinating across inboxes and spreadsheets. I wanted HireAble to help employers run structured, role-aligned interviews at scale so candidates get a fair, professional experience, and teams get comparable signals without building internal tooling.
