Hey Product Hunters! 👋 I'm excited to launch Hire Hornet, a tool to help teams take a more structured approach to the hiring decision process!!! ❓ Why did I create Hire Hornet? While working at a startup recently and having to hire quickly, our team was making hiring decisions on the fly. We would all interview candidates separately, then get on a Zoom call and make a decision. We didn't have specific skills or competencies that we were judging candidates against, leading to multiple bad hires and implicit bias making its way into hiring decisions. Hire Hornet provides a clean platform to resolve these issues! 📢 Coming Soon: Slack integration!
