Hi all, Another team member from SVI (https://svi.io) here. We appreciate your support! Many traditional firms have rescinded or frozen internships this summer because of COVID (https://hbs.me/2wupGz4). Most companies don't realize that top MBA programs like HBS, Stanford, and Columbia will pay for their students to work at startups over the summer (https://www.hireastartupmba.com/...)! Many schools like Harvard have expanded these stipend programs due to COVID. We thought this would be a great way to help startups with the help they need during the crisis when cash is short and students who might otherwise not find an experience to learn from over the summer! (In spite of what some startup people may tell you, MBAs can be quite scrappy!) We'd love to hear your feedback! How can we improve the site to help more startups and students? Who else would find this helpful?

John YS and his team really stepped up to build a simple and accessible platform that connects start-ups / other job-seekers with top-tier talent coming out of MBA programs. In my experience, the platform is easy to navigate and perhaps more comprehensive than what I have seen on Google, LinkedIn, and my MBA program's (HBS) careers site, which speaks volumes about the effort the SVI team is putting in to keep the site up to date. I believe this is creating a lot of opportunities for students seeking job opportunities coming out of graduate school. More importantly, it's providing start-ups and SMBs with a mechanism to hire high-quality, but cheap / often free talent. Amidst the COVID crisis (and even in normal times) MBA programs sponsor students to seek out opportunities at startups, but just don't know where to search - this platform provides a solution. Well done John and team!

John is the real deal. This service should definitely be a resource to be strongly considered by startups that can't hire full time employees for whatever reason at this time.

Just hopped on a call with them. It really as good of a deal as it seems. Schools will cover most of the cost and you get great quality interns. No brainer. We signed up.

When my internship was canceled due to COVID-19 and I was scrambling to find a summer job, this website was a great resource! I was amazed at the wealth and diversity of opportunities with both startups and big-name companies. Thanks to the team for pulling it together so quickly!
