**Hirca Keywords Linker** is a free, lightweight WordPress plugin that automatically creates internal links by matching your custom keywords with destination URLs. It links only the first occurrence of each phrase while avoiding existing links, self-links, HTML tags, and code blocks. With support for posts, pages, custom post types, category filtering, keyword import/export, and multilingual sites, it's an easy way to build a stronger internal linking structure for better SEO.
Linking only the first occurrence is smart, but it would be even better if we could set a custom limit like "link up to 3 times per post" or control the density. Some longer articles really benefit from multiple mentions of the same keyword, and right now there's no way to do that without editing content manually.
@salihawkmf That's a great idea! I'll add this as an option in the settings in the next update.
Would love to see a feature that lets you set a per-keyword link limit per page, so a high-volume term doesn't end up dominating the content and looking spammy. Right now it caps at one per page, but allowing custom limits per keyword would give finer control over link distribution.

Skipping the first occurrence only is a smart touch, keeps things from looking spammy. Bulk import worked smoothly on my post library, saved me a ton of time setting up links.

Love how clean the first-occurrence logic is, skipping existing links and code blocks without you having to think about it. Honestly that kind of attention to edge cases is what separates a solid plugin from the bloated ones clogging up the WordPress repo.

Love how it skips code blocks and existing links by default, that kind of thoughtful default saves a ton of cleanup work. The keyword import/export is a nice touch too, makes managing larger sites way less painful.

been using it on a few posts and the first-occurrence-only behavior is honestly super thoughtful, no awkward over-linking. The import/export for keywords saved me a chunk of setup time too.
