Hilal Browser is a Firefox-based open source browser built as a patch and overlay layer on top of upstream Firefox — not a bulk fork. It stays close to upstream Firefox so it can keep rebasing forward forever, while applying focused patches for custom branding, defaults, and behavior. Previously developed as Huma Browser, now relaunched as Hilal Browser. macOS & Windows builds available. Lightweight, transparent, and community-driven.
