@konstantin_tikhaev Thanks, Konstantin — number health, pickup rates and buyer trust are crucial. We support number rotation through our providers, and our approach is to work with them on maintaining calling-number health and reducing spam flagging over time.
Our focus right now is inbound calls, rather than outbound cold calling: helping businesses answer customer questions, handle appointment enquiries and support callers when the team is busy or unavailable. Our launch copy covers outbound too, so I can see why you raised it.
Our telephony setup includes Twilio and Vobiz, and we're planning additional provider integrations to expand our coverage and options.

@baddula_nithish If main focus inbound overflow and after hours covrage, changes things. Caller intent already there, spam labels and pickup rates not really issue.
