Most AI meeting tools capture what happened and send you notes. HeyPi follows the conversation in real time, remembers what was said across current and past meetings, privately surfaces key information when useful, and starts handling follow-up work across your tools before the meeting ends. Pi can also bring your boldest product and marketing ideas to life — landing pages, apps, social media content, ad campaigns and more live in the meeting. Less AI notes. More AI execution.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 Abraham here, founder of HeyPi.
Before starting HeyPi, I was CoF at a $5Bn energy startup leading Operations and supporting the co-founder/COO. My days were basically back-to-back meetings — product, engineering, design, growth and leadership.
I started noticing the same pattern everywhere: some of the smartest people in the company were spending hours together coming up with ideas, solving problems and deciding what should happen next — but almost all of the actual work still had to happen after the meeting.
That made me wonder: what if the work could happen as fast as the conversation?
That’s why we built HeyPi — an AI-native meeting and collaboration workspace designed from the ground up for humans and AI agents to work together live.
Pi isn’t just there to record or summarize the call. It participates. You and your team can brainstorm an idea and, while you’re still talking, turn it into a deck, doc, prototype, landing page, content or an agent workflow — or have Pi handle follow-ups and take actions across your work tools.
For me, the bigger idea is about helping teams close the gap between thinking and doing. Share ideas faster, bring them to life together, make decisions with something tangible in front of you — and spend more of your time on the work that actually matters.
That’s how Pi was born.
Build and ship anything live in meetings. 🚀

@abraham_14 When Pi privately surfaces something from a past meeting, does only the person who asked see it? how you stop it from bringing up something that not everyone in the room should hear.
