Saw it flag a renewal that was quietly slipping and the reasoning actually matched what I knew about the account, not just generic churn risk. The drafted next step was solid enough that I only had to tweak one line.
One thing that would make this a no-brainer for me is letting Buddy proactively reach out to the customer directly in my voice on channels like Slack or email after I approve the draft, instead of just handing me the message to copy and paste.
One thing I'd love is a way to tag customer feedback themes across accounts so Buddy can spot patterns like churn risks tied to a specific feature, not just individual account health. Would make the proactive alerts even sharper.
One thing that would make HeyBuddy even better is letting me flag certain accounts to skip the AI suggestions entirely, like ones I know inside and out or that are in a sensitive renewal phase. Sometimes you just don't want automation chiming in on every account.
Caught two at-risk accounts on my first run that I would've missed this week. Love that it drafts the email instead of just flagging the problem.
