The approach evolved from “build an AI chatbot for students” into something more specific and defensible: a personal explanation layer. Not a general intelligence interface, but a learning interface that adapts to language, age, and comprehension level. The biggest shift in thinking during the build was realizing: you don’t win by adding more AI—you win by reducing cognitive load.
