Would love to see a real-time driver tracking feature in the booking confirmation. Knowing exactly where my cab is and getting an ETA update via text would make airport pickups way less stressful, especially for early morning runs when you're watching the clock.
One thing that would make this way better is a live flight tracking feature for airport pickups so the driver automatically adjusts if your flight lands early or late, saves the stress of calling at midnight to update them.
Booked a Heathrun pickup from Tooting last week and the fixed price actually matched what i paid, no surge nonsense at 5am. Driver showed up early too, which honestly never happens with minicabs around here.
Love how clean the booking flow is, 60 seconds feels genuinely accurate and the fixed pricing upfront is a nice touch. Solid local service for south London.
