I kept losing half my week to the "does Tuesday work, no how about Thursday" email loop, and the booking links I tried just dumped a wall of time slots on the other person. So I built what I actually wanted. You send someone one link, and instead of a grid they just talk to it. It checks my calendar, offers times I'm actually free, and books it once we agree. Invite goes out on its own. The part I'm proudest of is the group link. One link that includes your teammates, and Helppa only offers times when everyone on your side is free. It cross-checks all the calendars, finds the overlap, and books the whole group onto one invite. No when2meet, no chasing four people to vote on a slot. It only asks for calendar access, nothing touching your inbox. Still early, so I'd love to hear what feels off.
