I've been using the Helpa iPhone app for a couple of weeks now and find it really useful. It's a great alternative to other on-demand SMS based services such as GoButler & Magic as I live outside of the USA so these services don't work for me in Australia yet. It also uses a mobile app rather than SMS which I prefer so I can see and access my past requests easily. They are quick to respond and complete tasks and only charge a transaction fee if you purchase something or pay for a service.
