HelloScreen

HelloScreen is the way screen sharing was supposed to be. Normal screen sharing is always a little tricky to set up. Sometimes you have to ask people to download something, it starts off blurry and cuts off and people have to sit there and listen while the other person clicks and talks. HelloScreen is new tech where we re-create the HTML and so don't need to use the slow blurry video screen sharing. It means the user does not need to download anything. It means it's pixel perfect because it's recreating the web page for the user. It also means you can give the user permission to click, scroll and type because it's a regular web page. You can fill in forms together. You could use this with non-tech family members but the more common use cases for Upscope, the maker of HelloScreen, is sales, onboarding, training and support. It was built because we work with financial companies, health companies, SaaS and more and they all kept asking for something like this. So it's also very secure with ISO and SOC2 certification for the infrastructure behind it.
