HelloHailey

This is a huge problem for someone like me who runs a full-remote team. There are only so many virtual happy hours you can run before it gets old. Nice to see something that re-introduces serendipity into the virtual workspace. Great work, team!

Our team loves our remote office dog! As a remote company that sometimes spans 5+ timezone's Hailey has helped us get to know each other in a way that feels natural and without any added pressure that can happen with a scheduled zoom "happy hour". Lots of great spontaneous convo's thanks to Hailey!

We have been using HelloHailey for a couple of weeks now at Accointing.com. We are a remote-first company, and we do our best to bring people together. However, without a shared common space, it is hard to encourage social interactions among people that don't work together on a day-to-day basis. In a remote-first culture, people rarely/never have casual coffee conversations or impromptu office snacks. HelloHailey is helping us to work more effectively by encouraging people to share more and get to know each other. This is a big problem that all remote companies will face and HelloHailey is an amazing tool to fix this.
