Hailey has been an awesome addition to the mobile team @ Glassdoor. We've missed being together in an office filled with dogs, and Hailey has helped add a spark to our remote working culture right away. I'm really excited to watch her evolve!
We have been using HelloHailey for a couple of weeks now at Accointing.com. We are a remote-first company, and we do our best to bring people together. However, without a shared common space, it is hard to encourage social interactions among people that don't work together on a day-to-day basis. In a remote-first culture, people rarely/never have casual coffee conversations or impromptu office snacks. HelloHailey is helping us to work more effectively by encouraging people to share more and get to know each other. This is a big problem that all remote companies will face and HelloHailey is an amazing tool to fix this.
@bogomep Good question! A few things:
- It's passive - HelloHailey runs on autopilot, once-a-day.
- It's asynchronous - Most apps are focused on real-time interaction, but the best remote teams operate *asynchronously*. HelloHailey is designed to connect teammates across all timezones.
- Engaging content - Hailey's personality shows through in her messages. They're not typical "icebreakers". She "@" mentions specific users to make everyone feel welcome.
