Why did we add TMG to the H100 capsule? Imagine methyl groups as a pool of sacrificing molecules giving part of themselves for defending genetic information. These molecules help NMN conversion to NAD+ by giving away themselves. As a result, the pool may get empty, but here comes TMG to fill in methyl molecules for their sustainable activity. Vitamin B12, no secret, is a vital molecule for DNA production and red blood cell formation. Plus, it is also a methyl donor, meaning- similar to TMG it fills the methyl molecule pool for NMN usage. Folate is the natural form of vitamin B9. Humans cannot make this molecule naturally, so they should obtain it through food or supplements. Together with vitamin B12, it participates in DNA production and methylation processes. Folate is essential for cell division and keeps DNA intact.
