HellerIO is a forward-planning money app — not an expense tracker. Plan income, bills and savings goals months ahead and always see the one number that matters: what's left. No bank connection, works offline, your data stays on your device. Available now on iOS & Android.
I'm Silvio, the solo developer behind HellerIO.
I built HellerIO to replace my own spreadsheet. For years I planned my money in Excel — always looking ahead at what would be left, never logging what I'd already spent. But it got fiddly to maintain, it was never flexible enough, and worst of all it lived on my desktop, never in my pocket when I actually needed it. Envelope methods and expense diaries were never my thing. I just wanted one clear answer, before the month even starts: what will be left?
So HellerIO is deliberately the opposite of an expense tracker:
• You plan income, fixed costs and budgets forward — month by month, and across the whole year.
• One number is always front and center: what's left.
• Savings goals (emergency fund, vacation, a new laptop) are planned right into each month, with visual progress.
• No bank connection, no tracking, works fully offline. Your data stays on your device by default; cloud sync is optional and end-to-end encrypted (EU servers).
It's built for normal people who want to feel in control of their money — not for spreadsheet nerds (even though I am one).
For the PH community: the first 25 people get HellerIO Premium free for a whole year — redeem the code PHUNT in the App Store, open for 14 days only. (Android folks: drop a comment and I'll sort you out.)
I'm here all day — I'd genuinely love your feedback, especially on the planning flow and what's missing. Be honest, I can take it.
