Helix: AI setter, CRM and calendar for WhatsApp and Instagram

Hi Product Hunt! I'm Alejandro, the maker of Helix. I built it for my own coaching business. I was paying for Meta Ads and losing leads because nobody answered in time. A lead who writes at 23:00 and hears back the next afternoon has usually moved on. Helix answers every lead from WhatsApp, Instagram or a Meta lead form in minutes, asks the questions you would ask, and books the call in a free slot of your real calendar. After that it reminds them of the call, writes to people who didn't show up and sends Meta the leads that booked and bought, so the ads optimise for clients. Everything sits in a CRM with pipeline, tags and automations, and it runs on the official WhatsApp Business API. Right now it's built for Spanish-speaking businesses.
