We built Heightly because people often find confusing or unrealistic advice about height growth online. We wanted to create something more honest and useful. It started as a simple height estimate based on genetics and growth stage. While building it we realised the estimate alone was not enough, so we added daily sleep, posture and nutrition habits, progress check ins and streaks. Heightly does not promise height gains. It helps users understand their potential and build healthier routines.

Really like how it breaks down the estimate into genetics, sleep, and posture instead of just one number. The sleep target suggestion felt realistic and matched what I already try to do.
