The idea is that you give the information that would normally come out during an interview ahead of time. This allows hiring teams to deeply know what they are getting before they schedule a screening call. You can set a positive first impression, and stop defending yourself during the interview and instead just elaborate on what they already know. They can ask clarifying or follow-up questions after interviewing you, in case you mis-speak or forget details.
So, you're getting fewer interviews because you're not getting rejected for jobs you're qualified for and having to go through more interview loops before finally landing your next role. You're getting fewer interviews because you're not interviewing for jobs where you're not a fit.
It doesn't stop there though. You can use your interactive resume's summary to vector search for job leads and get live compensation information tailored to you. You can automate this process and define arbitrary criteria for the AI agent to look for.
