Spending 7–8 hours a day at a computer can mean tired eyes, a stiff neck, and back pain. Prolonged sitting also adds long-term health risks like type-2 diabetics, cardiovascular diseases, while fatigue can quietly erode focus and performance. Ontor learns how you interact with computer (e.g., typing rhythm, scrolling) to notice changes in your energy and focus, then suggests short breaks and simple exercises to help you finish the day feeling better. Private | On-device | No wearable needed

Hey everyone, I’m Sabber, the founder of Ontor. I spend most of my day coding and working at a computer, and I often forget to take a break even when I’m tired. I’ve felt the neck pain, tiredness, and blurry vision that come with long days at a screen. Over time, too much sitting is also associated with higher risks of type 2 diabetes and heart disease.
That’s why I built Ontor. It learns patterns in how you interact with your computer to suggest when a short break might help and what to do during it.
You can try it free for 14 days on Mac or Windows. I’d love to hear your feedback including the criticism so I can improve this to help millions.
@sabber_ahamed nice to see fatigue tracking without wearable. how does it measure daily work patterns exactly?
@mohsinproduct Thanks! Ontor looks how you interact with computer (e.g., typing rhythm, clicking, scrolling, pauses ) and how long you’ve worked without a break. It compares that activity with your usual patterns to notice changes and suggest a break. The analysis runs on your device, without saving what you type or what you click on.

Huge thanks to team @Ontor.ai and @sabber_ahamed for launching something so useful and so timely! 🙌 It’ll nudge me about those important but easily forgotten tasks, the little things that feel minor today but pay off big time down the road. Can’t wait to dive in and see how this goes! 🚀
