HealthGame is a powerful yet flexible tool that allows users to set up their own individualized framework. It uses gamification, where the goal is to win the day by burning enough active calories and staying within the weekly limit of unhealthy food. To boost motivation, after initial limit of 3 cheats per week, user gets 4th one in reward. Additionally, users can build new habits and quit bad ones (such as drinking alcohol or eating sweets) and turn them into streaks that can be shared. All of this is set in a social context, where users can form connections and motivate each other.
