Health Check-In helps you stop guessing what affects how you feel. Log quick check-ins, connect health data from your smart watch, run personal experiments, save results, build daily routines from what you learn, and get reminders to help you stay engaged. Use AI to help analyze your history and connect the dots that you miss. Built for people tracking fatigue, brain fog, sleep, supplements, recovery, or chronic symptoms — simple, private, and designed around real-life self-experimentation.

Hey everyone 👋
Health Check-In was built because I was stuck in a loop most of us know too well: good days and bad days, without any real certainty as to what was driving the difference.
I would try different supplements, change my sleep habits, adjusted activities — but over time I couldn't really be certain about what was working and what wasn't, and I didn't have a good, centralized place to easily track everything and remind me. Having solid baselines and comparisons to judge changes was difficult. I tried various ways to take notes, but it was difficult to be consistent and nothing worked as well as it should have. My doctor or nutritionist would ask "How have you been?" and the best answer I could give was usually "it depends on the day."
The wearables I owned were great at telling me what my body did — sleep stages, HRV, heart rate — but those may show that I should be in great shape on a day when I felt like garbage. That subjective piece was always missing.
It got to the point where my wife would ask, "How are you feeling today, babe?" and I decided to quickly summarize by saying "I feel like I'm at about 75% today." This was the initial spark which led to the creation of Health Check-In, and it was expanded from there. The core idea:
Check in daily (takes ~30 seconds) — slide a score, tap a few tags, add notes if you have time. Reminders can be set up so you remember to do this at least once a day.
Run experiments — test one change at a time (a supplement, a habit, a diet tweak) and use follow-up check-ins to get clear results
Connect your wearables — sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, and steps appear automatically from Apple Health, Oura, or Health Connect
Ask AI to find patterns — after a couple of weeks of data, it reads your check-ins, sleep, weather, medications, and more, then surfaces correlations you'd never spot manually
Build a routine from what works — organize your day with time-blocked reminders for supplements, habits, and medications
Privacy was non-negotiable from day one. Your data stays on your device. No account required. No cloud. No ads. No tracking. AI analysis is opt-in and nothing leaves your phone unless you choose to export or back up.
Over time, each Check-In adds to what becomes your private, searchable health journal under the "History" screen. There are many more intricate feature tweaks that have been developed in the year or so since the project first began (like customizing the way that your sleep scoring works).
Pro+AI includes a free 1-month trial — enough time to run a real experiment, build some history, and see what the AI finds.
I'd love to hear what you think — what's working, what's confusing, what you'd want to see next. I'm in PDT and will reply to your questions/comments as quickly as I can. 🙏
