This is an app i made after noticing how difficult it was for me to find great articles and videos to help me understand grief and depression after the passing of my mother. At the time i wanted to read and watch videos that other people had found helpful so i don't waste my time on something that would end up not being of benefit to me. It started as a small project which i now hope will help counter the misinformation and stigma surrounding mental illness and recovery I hope you like it as we are working tirelessly to ensure it is both safe and useful.
