Loved the app. Incredibly smooth and realistic face swapping with the masks. I've been messing around with it all morning, and I'm impressed.
Saw & friends made a fun app that could be endlessly expanded upon. I could see something like videogame characters in this! Congratulations on shipping, guys.

Hey PH 👋, I’m Saw.
We built Headface because we were having a lot of fun with Animoji and the like but thought it wasn’t quite realistic enough.
Headface is an experiment to push the boundary on how lifelike of a “face swapping” experience we can really get on mobile and in AR. As a team of engineers and designers, we’d really love any and all feedback with regard to design, feature requests, bugs, you name it!
We started with the POTUS heads because their likeness is fair use… let us know who we should Headface next!

@ebubekir_inanc Not yet! We use the face tracking features in ARKit which aren't available without the true depth camera hardware system built into the iPhone X/XR/XS(max). We do have some ideas on how we could make the experience fun on older models.

Creatively designed application that utilizes the newly updated AR-Kit to combine facial recognition with humor. The app does a great job with the Augmented Reality additions and picking up on not only my facial features but adjusting to my coworkers’ as well.
I’m anxious to see how the developers continue to release different masks and I’m curious to see additions with the new AR-Kit updates.
Overall, great application that runs very smooth. Would definitely recommend to anybody interested and believe this is a great launch point for the brand. 5/5!
