honestly this looks really solid, especially loving the local-first and notarized setup. one thing i'd love to see is a quick "snooze for 10 min" option right from the menu bar dropdown, basically a small escape hatch for when you're in deep focus and a nudge would be super annoying. you could make the snooze length customizable in settings too

The latest version has the Pause from menu bar.
In addition, I will add Smart Break in future releases, when the break is snoozed automatically based on your day analytics =)
One thing I'd love is a "do not disturb during meetings" toggle that can hook into calendar events automatically, so the nudges stop when I'm on calls without me having to remember to pause it.

this looks really well thought out, especially the local-first approach. one thing i'd love is a quick way to customize the break duration per nudge type, like shorter blinks but longer posture reminders, since they feel different in practice. would make it feel way more personal.
